New build identity and brochure design
Brief:
The brief was to create a visual identity for some apartments in Tottenham Hale. The client wanted to attract a demographic of young professionals in the rental and first time buyers market.
Solution:
I settled on the name TOTA which is the name locals used to use as an abbreviation for the area. The client wanted to attract an audience who were looking at a more affordable alternative to the trendy surrounding boroughs of North London. Such as Shoreditch, Islington and Stoke Newington.
The design and typography is a nod towards the iconic brutalist architecture of the Barbican Centre; home to a culturally similar demographic.
