New build  identity and brochure design
Brief:
The brief was to create a visual identity for some apartments in North London. The client wanted to attract a demographic of young professionals in the rental and first time buyers market.
Solution:
When I looked into the building's history I discovered that it was built on the grounds of the old Tottenham Lido. It was the second ever lido built in the UK. I decided to use the name Lido 255, 255 being the actual building number on the street. I then wanted to emphasise the number 2 in recognition of the fact that it was the second lido ever built in the UK.
Lidos are synonymous with the Art Deco period. I decided to use this as my diving off point and brought a contemporary twist to the Art Deco style.
